"Arnett has somewhat of a history for this type of thing. He was the one who announced that the allies had bombed a "baby milk factory" in Gulf War I. He was also the on-air reporter in a 1998 CNN report that accused American forces of using sarin gas in Laos during the Vietnam war in an attempt to kill American defectors. That report was later retracted by CNN. Following that incident Arnett found employment elsewhere."
