I have managed to stay out of most discussions about the war, but this one was very difficult to keep my mouth shut. Rox beat me to this one...I would have loved to be the first one to call bullshit on Buff's line of reasoning...if you can call it that.
I believe that I do support this war. At least I am willing to trust the fact that our leaders are doing what is best for our country.
I also believe that there are people out there who disagree with it for whatever reason. Those reason's are their own. That does NOT exclude them from supporting our troops if they so choose.
I think Buff's analogies were horrible and made no sense whatsoever. Shit, now I don't even know why I bothered responding to this tripe. I guess I wanted to express my disgust with the idea that someone can't support our men and women going to war, but not supporting the war itself...total horse shit.
