He never said noone would be hurt.... he stated to me, it would die in court, that it was not a winner because the courts do not yet understand the internet and the way it works yet... If Alex owned exclusive rights to the name RawAlex in all boards and chatrooms, then it would be a winner... Since that level of regulatory control does not exist on the net, it is a loser...
Hell, you can go in to just about any chat room and post messages as anyone you want... Will that hurt the person you are pretending to be... possibly, can you do anything about it, nada fucking thing....
