Boortz had this on his site today and brought up again what he's brought up many, many, many times (and he's an attorney):
We need "Loser pays" system.
I'd also love to see professional jurist - or at least something better than those that couldn't find a way to get out of jury duty.
I was watching one of the reality court shows last year and was horrified to see the alpha personality jurists literally talking the submissive jurists into voting their side until it was unanimous. And this was a murder trial. Scary as crap knowing that someone's life depended how the jury was stacked personality-wise.
