t-rav, why can't you take board comments personally?? i do. especially if they were intended to be taken personally.
board personalities are just an extension of the real person ... and any person who uses the 'its just a message board' as an excuse for not behaving like a respectable human being is nothing but a coward with a keyboard.
i find nothing more insulting than someone who will name-call and big-note on a message board, only to back down when in person, or when faced with reason.
you may think there is a distinction between the way you behave on a board and the way you behave in person, but the difference between oprano and your average board is that we pretty much ALL know each other in person, so we know how to interpret each others 'personalities'.
any attack that becomes personal is usually intended to be so. we know each others wives, girlfriends, children's names, pets, sex lives, where we live etc ....
so t-rav, according to your interpretation, i can call you a fat lazy wife bashing republican with a little dick ... but don't be offended, its just a message board.
