Sports plays such a role in so many of our lives, doesn't it Vick? From heartache to exhilaration.
From bringing friends and families together to - in some cases - bringing riots. The power of being in a place with 80,000 other people that are trying to influence the outome of a game that they don't play in through sheer noise is an exhaulted high. We repeat the myths and truisms of our heros. We consider sports to be a microcosm of our own lives and sometimes vice versa. Coaches are generals and teams go to war.
