Paper Jewels is my wife's site... I tweak code and sometimes generate stuff for her and take care of most of the tech stuff....
So, if you want to make a comment about it, you can take it up with her...
If Paper Jewels generates enough income, then why not... You never know before hand what sure idea will work.... A lot of success in business is not just good ideas and working hard.. It is also hitting the market when the market is right...
Pet Rocks, Beenie Babies, Cabbage Patch Dolls, Barbie are all products that managed to hit the market (through chance or esp) at a point when folks were ready for them....
So, if enough people bought a paper jewel and enough folk wore them and other folk saw them or if a couple of popular talk show hosts wore them or spoke of them, they could just as easily become a retirement plan as anything else.....
But I never place all the eggs in one basket....
I program, both at a 40 hour a week day job and doing projects for Hatteras Designs and various independent clients....
I build websites, adult free sites, adult avs sites and various mainstream sites....
I do artwork, both for pleasure and profit.....
So, I have many avenues open at all times... Who knows which one will be the most successful? Not me by any means.
So if it happened to be Paper Jewels that grabs the golden ring, who would I be to complain....
