POV is a cinematic term, in a screenplay you'll see P.O.V - stands for Point Of View - the scene is shot from the point of view of one of the actors,
like in a horror movie, when you see Jason from Friday the 13th looking in the window, the camera will take on Jason's POV as he watches what's going on inside the cabin - we the audience are now watching exactly what the character Jason is seeing.
The porn video biz is crazy for this stuff, POV blowjobs are done sometimes just with the guy who is getting the bj holding the camera looking down at the girl giving him head - you are watching the action from his POV.
Exploited Teens and Exploited Black Teens are two sites that just do POV teen blowjob scenes and have been very successful. There are tons of others though, California Pimp is all POV, you never see him, everything is shot from his Point of View.
