Ah well, the crux of the reality deal is basically a double edged sword.
Right now it converts -- even the worst reality site probably does as well as any vanilla megasite.
It's expensive. The launch, to do it right, is probably 10 times what adding another pay site to a group you already have would cost.
Updates are a bitch. A real bitch.
The videography is not such a big deal but the post production is time consuming and expensive.
You can copy bangbus or any other reality site and if you get the traffic, you can do sales.
Will it last? Probably, just not in such great demand. When you see Real World, Survivor, that stupid wrestling show start to tank, then look for reality porn to crash too.
Of course if you watch what the next round of incredibly stupid but hugely lucrative tv shows are, you should be able to figure out where to go next.
