So far it has been about mid 60s to low 70s in day, then drops to mid 50s at night.... not to bad.
I am about to close on a house in Tampa soon as well. Will be spending a lot of time gettng that house in gear.... there are a LOT of hot chics in Florida... more then anywhere I have been. Could be a good place to find a nice girl. WHen I had my condo there I figured that is where I would find teh perfect woman....
Turns out I was wrong, it was in California.... but hey, stuff happens!
