well, true and false...
for example,
I know Meat and Aga have their hands in Ron's pocket.
MikeAI amd me know Ron and don't do business with each other,
so how the knowledge of the next guy's hand location helps us?
On the other hand,
knowing the pocket where the "next guy" got his hand burnt is DEFINATELLY a big plus!
