So I guess the four feather pillows I sleep with are probably not helping me sleep
I've always had problems falling asleep - and I cannot sleep anywhere else but in a bed. Everyone once in awhile on the sofa I'll doze off, but it's very fitful. I "rest" in planes and cars, but can't ever sleep. It takes me an hour+ to get to sleep every night.
