So LFP bought out NOOF and...

are taking it private. Interesting move, probably upset at least one company that was angling for a backdoor into public company status.

That may have been the most significant factor in LFP's decision to acquire NOOF.

I would concur.
Larry backdoored them while they were out driving Bentley's to Reef and Rib it seems.

More and more I think the reason there is seemingly no end game for prancing Fabian and the boys is that there really isnt one.

Money laundering seems more and more the means to the end there.

I actually think the public company was a sort of end game, in that it gives them the final tools to turn all the money over in time.

Basically, they can work it out so the porn sites are incredibly profitable, pumping up the value of the public company and slowly selling their shares off. That makes them way more money than any other scheme out there.

However, LFP pretty much seems to have dealt with that issue, as NOOF was one of the only games in town worth having that is public, and also makes LFP into a much more direct Manwin competitor.

Oh, some people might mention FFN as a possible takeover, but I think that they have too much debt in the company for it to be a realistic takeover option. It would only work if the buyer didn't have to assume the debt, which is highly unlikely.

FFN under 70 cents still, has been for a while. I will not be shocked to see them get another "pending delisting" notice in the early new year. Losing $1.21 a share with shares only valued at 70 cents pretty much tells you the real value (not much, it seems)

Well, NOOF shareholders are not happy....

I think anyone who bought into NOOF originally or held stock would be unhappy with the results. The company should have done better, and just didn't do it. LFP got a decent company at a steal of a price, I think.

There is plenty of ugliness going on with shareholders, I guess. What stories have you heard?

Unfortunately, I can't publicly discuss the best story. But what I can say, is there is a named plaintiff class action lawsuit pending.....
