We're still trundling forward.....just researching a bit deeper.
What i find surprising, (and a little disappointing,) is, after almost 13 years passed it's first sale to the public, (june 2000,) it is still the "cutting edge" of technology, in our industry.

There have been copycats, but nothing really "more advanced."

It's a sad, sad, statement on the commitment to R & D. I had hoped it would spark the next wave, and it may have. It's just the "tide," is coming in a bit slow.
