Building the FileSonic Pirate Ship

Hey there,
I'm Sam, aka Naijafs, an affiliate manager representing Filesonic.com. The site is a goldmine for many up loaders all over the world... No we haven't met yet, but judging from your profile, you seem like the type that can benefit from this opportunity.
Now I can't promise you anything... but if you like what you see, maybe we can work together.
At FileSonic.com you'll get all the space you need and the upload speed is excellent... We are working on giving our TOP Affiliates dedicated servers.
- 1st offer: Pay-per-download up to 30$ for ALL COUNTRIES! (Highest out there)
- 2nd offer: 60% on ALL PREMIUM SALES!
- Classic offer: For big & profitable affiliates only, we can offer Pay-per-download AND Pay-per-sale! The more you give to the community and FS, the more we give you!
We also have a 20% REFERRAL Program, so if you refer a friend you earn 20% of the money they make for downloads and rewards extra!
We also pay out weekly, and you'll find our monthly promotions very enticing!
And if you have the ability to bring in more traffic, a better course of action can be taken...
Not to mention if you have any concerns I'm willing to provide you with direct support via my details below.

teriffic article, interesting that paypal cut off oron. I think the clock is ticking. This pirate shit can't last forever. Business will always prevail. The internet should remain free...like free speech. But, like everything else in the world, it will cost money. I think an interesting bisiness model are newspapers like the Jerusalem Post, which have a headline service along with a monthly subscription to their premium or more in depth coverage along with paid advertising. Not unlike real world papers.

BTW, thanks for that Mike. I have to say I love your work.

I don't know whether this is the type of links that were already in use or not, but looks to be a potential loophole Magnet Links

Magnet links still have the same liability as torrent files: You are pointing people to infringing content.

That they feel the need to keep trying hard and harder to hide themselves and exclude themselves from the process is only more proof that they are aware that what they are doing is illegal, and it is likely that the torrent tracker sites would be shut down.
