Any ideas? Is it a spin off of another program?

I've never used that program, but I think spazlabz used to be their US Regional Manager.
Their program looks current.

It has been around a couple of years that I know of.
Its out of cypress and the owners name is .... Serge

Spaz is nolonger there and now works for the good folks at Payserve.
