Suggestion For AEBN
 

OK we all know that DVD as a format for adult video is dying.

Why are you surprised that your VOD numbers are falling (you know they are dont BS me) When you only accept submissions by....DVD?

give me the encoding parameters or whatever and let ME upload my video, boxcover art etc. to my studio.

seems logical to me.

NO SHIT ... been wondering why they don't for about 3 years now ... I still have never set up a vod page with them because of it :(

all I had to do was ask hotmovies.com and it was done in like 10 minutes.

We take in HD content on drives all the time, Uploading HD content has proven impractical due to upload speed limitations. For SD content DVD's have proven a reliable medium for transport and back up. If you have HD content you would like to submit please contact your Studio Representative here and we will be glad to get a drive out to you. Thanks!

Meh I like uploading and it isnt problematic for me....upload speed limitations are not an issue for me. You should rethink that policy.

I have 5 meg up... more than most people have down. If upload speed is an issue once, download speed for the masses must be a real problem!

I also upload huge files almost nightly to our own VOD site. Never had a problem, but like Alex, I also have very fast upload speeds. I just queue them up, and upload them when I go to bed.

I have 20 meg up and down .... 5 is standard 'round these parts now ... just sayin'
