AdultBizLaw.com Launches as Legal Information Portal

LOS ANGELES CA - AdultBizLaw.com, the brainchild of Michael W. Fattorosi of Fattorosi & Chisvin, is a one stop legal information portal for the adult industry. No matter what area of business you’re in, you need to know your rights and the laws governing it.

According to Michael, “While in I was in law school I helped develop one of the first attorney legal research websites. I saw an opportunity to provide relevant legal information to the small to medium sized adult business owner. AdultBizLaw.com is for the little guy that can’t afford big retainer fees but still needs legal guidance and advice.”

There are daily updates of adult legal news and periodic updates on important new case law. They also have articles on various topics including intellectual property, free speech, employment law, internet law and contracts.

The membership section has a search able database of adult entertainment case law from around the country. There are also adult industry form contracts and a database of statutes pertaining to adult entertainment. Members can incorporate their company and secure trademarks and copyrights for their intellectual property through the website as well.

There is even 18 U.S.C. 2257 compliance software for free download through a deal with Y-Tracker.com. They also provide categorized and archived online video seminars taught by leading authorities in the industry on subjects ranging from obscenity to choosing the right camera for content production to piracy issues. Soon to be added will be a "brief bank" of pleadings from important cases affecting everyone's business.

Fattorosi also stated, "As an attorney in the industry one of the most important aspects of representing clients is educating them. A client that has at least a basic understanding of the law will be a better long term client." He went on to say, "a client that understands their situation will also keep their own legal costs down. No one likes paying legal fees, and with AdultBizLaw.com you can save money."

According to Billy Watson of FabulousCash.com, "For me, the choice was simple...AdultBizLaw.com…it's already paid off."

Micheal is exclusivly here in the adultbizlaw forum to help dispel all the legal bullshit you might read on other forums. And of course if you need some serious consultation $300 is a steal just for access to the forms.

Michael was telling me about this in Vegas and I think it is a super great idea.

Good luck with it Michael.

Let me know when you're ready for the other stuff we talked about.

Thanks guys and thanks to Gonzo for posting this as a sticky.

We are off to a good start. Already got a couple of sign-ups, but I really think this idea is going to take awhile for it to get going.

Online lawyering is something fairly new. But it has promise, especially for the little guy that wants to keep his overhead low but needs some legal assistance from time to time.

Keep watching the site, we have some additions that will make it even better. And we are already starting to work on AdultBizLaw 2.0.

Thanks
Michael
