FBI Provides More 2257 Inspection Info

Here's a couple of interesting things at the end of the article, the last one being the most interesting:

He said the common suggestion that made the biggest impression on him was that web-based producers be allowed to use a hyperlink to their compliance statements instead of posting the entire statement on every page bearing sexually explicit content.

“The use of a hyperlink should be sufficient,” Joyner proposed. “It allows the team to get what they need."

AS Ive said elsewhere the withc hunt continues..

The Feds have no had one successful obscenity case out of this but our boy Joe Francis was in viloation and you see they are more concerned with the tax evasion issue than anything.

Leads me to think that the new focus will be on cases backed with laws in place like the CAN SPAM that put Diamond Jim down as well as some other FTC issues related to spyware and money laundering.
