If youve noticed the new forum on top of the main listing you will see that I have revivied Opranoamateurs.

I have a couple of things in mind that that area.
However if your here to call the girls whores or sluts... please dont bother.

You can join Ghey Trey over at the zoo if you need to make yourself feel important by talking down to the same women that allow you to make a living in this business.

Consider this a warning that I will BAN your ass if you make those kinds of posts there.

Wrong group of ladies to do that with. Many of them do live cam shows and/or private cam shows and therefore deal with untold numbers of bozos on a daily basis. Anyone who gets disrepectful will likely get chewed up and spit back out before they know what has hit them.

Me too, except mine has not been quality. The US dollar has crashed and burned. It is now worth LESS than the Canadian dollar. To me that means that in two years I have lost fifty per cent of my effective income. So, what that means,to put it in perspective. That if I had been making 700K, I am now making 300K. And it all trickles down. I am much less likely to spend large amounts without first thinking about the consequences, which never happened in the past. The business still makes the same revenue, or slightly more, but the disposable income plummets. Fuck me I hate GW Bush.

It was the rampant housing industry sloshing money around 2 years ago that started it. Then the government, in their infinite wisdom, thought it might be a good idea to raise interest rates. Thereby putting hundreds of thousands of Adjustable rate borrowers into negative cash flow hell.

I am sure it is nothing to do with bleeding billions and billions and billions into Iraq with no end in sight. If those who bought houses they can't afford are now in trouble, no amount of financial hocus pocus will help them. Now, what impact does this have on porn, and why are we discussing it here? Well, we are not immune to the ebb and flow of the market. But I will damn sure guess that pornographers, like every other sector, are feeling the fallout. Soon, all that stuff from China is going to get more expensive and disposable income will tighten. The good news at the moment, is that European business is picking up because we are becoming relatively cheap.

The people that are in trouble are artificially in trouble. The government didn't have to raise interest rates and put those people in trouble. Sure, they shouldn't have qualified for those loans. But they did, and they were surviving. The rise in rates killed them for no good reason, other than the government wanted to screw with people.

It has EVERY impact on Porn. This is one of the first places people run to for an easy money making snack.
And one thing I've learned in my 25 years in the Porn Biz....people will always find money to buy their porn. When I was in the video Biz, some of the busiest rental times was when the local factory had people on layoff.
It's cheap entertainment.

And fortunately, I'm in a recession proof end of the Biz. So it doesn't affect us.

I will guarantee you that "recession proof" is kinda like "military intelligence". Things that make you go hmmmmm. I worked in network television most of my life and in the beginning of my career we were all saying we were "recession and lay off proof" because when things go for shit, folks stay home and watch free tv. What happened, was every jerk water community college around started pumping out Jr. Peter Jennings and the market was saturated and the salaries started to decline. Then came the internet, CNN and all kinds of other influences on our cozy recession proof world. The networks had less money due to competition and a lot of folks got laid off. When GE bought NBC heads rolled. It was worse at CBS. So, if you really believe you are recession proof, good luck.

Well, I'll tell ya. I've basically been in the adult business my entire life. I've watched the industry go from reg 8/super 8 BW-COLOR, to video, to Internet, To DVD, etc, etc.... And I'm pretty sure I've got a good handle on it. Above and beyond the Johnny come laters, and the "Wow! an erection and a computer" people, I've seen pretty much all of it.
But I'll tell you what, I think you're absolutely right. I think you should go find something else. This business is no good for you.
