Need SEO tip using RSS & other Feed script

Hello, need info on auto feeds does SE's give your site better value if you add info or content daily is the best and easiest way is to add a auto feed like RSS or XLM feeds which is better? Is it as simple as just adding a script to the body of my site and are they free?
Thanks.

the only thing that can give your site more value in the eyes of the SE's is content, the more content you have and the better it is, the more the SE's will visit and like you

if you want the best content, write it yourself

there are many options for parsing xml/rss, one of which is free, www.rss2html.com

you can also start a blog with wordpress and use something like feedwordpress

www.cozyacademy.com is a really good place to read and learn
