SEPTEMBER 7--In what appears to be a Department of Justice first, federal officials today included the word "bukkake" in a press release announcing the arrest of a Brazilian man for allegedly distributing obscene material. According to federal prosecutors, Danilo Simoes Croce, 42, operated web sites offering "obscene videos for download or delivery in the U.S.. The videos depicted bukkake, fisting, and depictions of defecation, urination, and vomiting in conjunction with sex acts." The Sao Paulo man was arrested yesterday in Florida, where he was charged with conspiracy to distribute obscene material, a felony carrying a maximum penalty of five years in prison and a $150,000 fine. In a revoltingly detailed criminal complaint, postal inspector Linda Walker provides a shot-by-shot description of some of the films purchased from Croce's sites by undercover investigators, who have been targeting the operation for more than three years. Some of titles carefully reviewed by Inspector Walker were "Toilet Man 6," "Bukkake 3," and "Scat Pleasures," according to the complaint, excerpts of which you'll find below. In the Croce document, Walker also includes a brief "background on fetish-type" films, in case readers (like, say, a square U.S. magistrate judge) were unfamiliar with terms such as "fisting." The Croce case is the latest major prosecution brought as a result of the Bush administration's initiative against hard-core pornography. In a communication last year to the FBI's 56 field offices, the anti-obscenity campaign was described as "one of the top priorities" of Attorney General Alberto Gonzalez and FBI Director Robert Mueller. It's no surprise that if you ofer scat films that the government is going to go after you. Hell, I find that stuff revolting in the extreme and have zero desire to see it. But extreme porn operators that have stuff like bukkakke, fisting, and gagging blow jobs with puking and other such sites out there should be worried to see an indictment that specifically mentions those types of acts.

Anyone that lives in the U.S. and promotes extreme porn is playing russian roulette. However, even though I find that stuff personally disgusting, I must defend their rights to produce it if it's legal and involves consenting adults. That's the slippery slope we're all skating on right now. Where do we draw the line?

Do you think the US Govt would only focus arrests on the principle owners of the company? Or could they turn their focus on employees of the company working in or traveling to the US if they are promoting this content to US webmasters?"

I'm not sure if it answers your question, Forest, but Jim Manley from Cash Titans was arrested and all he did was manage their affiliate program.

also that was a state problem not feds and there is more than just shooting porn in that one.

Only if you believe the rumors. They were busted for video they shot over 2 years ago and have been shooting all of their stuff in Canada for 2 years. Also, regardless of the charges, the point is that Jim Manley was their affiliate program manager and had nothing to do with running the business and had no ownership in the company.

This guy has posted on another board a few times, because I remember me and a few others ripping him for having such websites when they have nothing to do with "porn".
