Since drinking by teens is illegal in every state in the US, you can probaby narrow your search to non-US based programs.

Given the current political climate re: this industry, I'm not sure that promoting drunken teens is a good idea.

Stupidcoeds.com/SillyCoeds.com is a good one. It's not based around drunken teens, but it does feature real college girls partying, doing wet-t contests, spring break, etc.

With the current problems we're having these days, I'm staying very far away from promoting teens at all, but drunk teens? Wow, that would make me really nervous.
