i am trying to figure out how convert my sites into vector graphics. i like the whole "we made this with crayons" look. i am sure it converts well.

All businesses I´m involved with are always for sale - even those making insane ROI :okthumb:

The perfect time to sell is when your business is going good - then you have the most interested parties, and the highest bids.

Ofcourse if you are emotionally attached to your main business (ex. pimping your wife on xpeeps), then you should not sell her without atleast contacting a divorce lawyer first :unsure:

(don't tell me that Google, $650,000,000 a year company was sold to the public so Serge and Larry could become billionairs, as one can't spend billions as one can't possibly spend part of $650,000,000 a year)

I'm selling a site that did $25k a month for years and more ... I've sold other sites that were doing well, too. People move on to other ventures, people change their focus on things, etc.

I'm considering selling my TGP doing 50k hits a day. It's doing very well. So why sell it? I want to cut back on work and I make enough not to worry about it.

people sell things for their own reasons - not necessarily because it is doing well or not.
personally I am just trying to sell of my "adult" domains.

You are trying to sell something based on what many experienced webmasters would consider to be dubious claims. your site is a disaster by ANY standards. if it really converts well... post some numbers, bolster your case, validate the value, and impress us so we can all learn something new.

I am curious as to how much you want? I am a fan of the work and understand that the site was somewhat stolen and demolished on your end. I actually am not even sure how you can sell the site when you don't have the main actors model release forms? That would appear to be a huge problem. Again this site is from 2001 and hasn't been updated since 2001 since the actor quit and moved on to another project. I frequent the actors blogs and from what he says:

"I no longer have any affiliation or own any of my old sites or have access to their emails! If you downloaded any of my old videos that say "contact me at alex****@hotmail.com" I no longer have access to that either. Short version of the story is that I fucked up and lost all access to all of my stuff 3 years ago to somebody else. My messenger got jacked as well and staying on the phone for hours to get my shit back is to much of a pain in the ass" Please know that if you talked to me over the past 3 years at any of my other sites it was NOT me! Also if you’re a fan, spread the word that this is alexsvids.com has been hijacked and I will no longer be making videos there. I will be opening a new site to that will specialize in DVDs and all new content. Thanks again thank’s for the support!"

I am not sure of my intentions with the site, I may give it back to him and try and partner up with him. (Great way to get my foot in the door?) But again from what I understand from his blogs, you were in the middle of a transacation and you screwed him over and as a saftey precaution he never sent you the model release forms. I'd like to suprise him with the site so let me know exactly what it would take to get it back for him.

Nice find, I just called the number which is a Florida number and some women answered and said she never heard of "George" or "Alex". So the address is in Washington State and the phone number is in Florida. Something tells me if I write to the address that will be fake to. Then we have the contact email address which is a hotmail account. All seems a bit fishy to me. I think you should just give the dude back his site man. I think he'd really appreciate it and you have had 3 years to rake enough money to feel satisfied that you fucked him over. Ironically I was just googling alexvids hoping to find some new free videos and I see this guy trying to sell Alex's stuff. Seriously man, you should just give everything back!
