Okay...Reliable TGPs to Submit to...
 

Instead of further hijacking Jace's thread about review sites, I decided to go ahead and start a thread for TGP sites...nay, let me rephrase...RELIABLE TGP sites...

I realize that to have a complete listing of ALL TGP sites that are out there for "first timers" to post to, I'd go mad trying to keep track of the hundreds of thousands of sites...BUT, I know that several of you either a) run your own tgp sites or b) run your own site and submit to several TGP sites that you've found to be a great source of traffic...

So, why not help some of us "newbies" out by listing TGP submission sites that you find to be reliable...

My personal requests/wants for these sites would be:

a) Easy to use
b) doesn't require an affiliate program, necessarily
c) is for amateurs, not just bought content/spamming sites....
d) gets good hits on it, and sends good traffic to you?

what sites do YOU recommend. I've been doing a LOT of clicking around various sites and their partners...and by the time I'm done, I just see about 5500bazillion sites that all end up melding together and giving me bad porno dreams (trust me, you don't want to see/hear some of the things that go through my mind at night! LOL).

Help would be appreciated. I know that the owners of Oprano are currently working on some double-secret TGP help for us, but in the meantime........

OK, I am not in the tgp game very much at all, I hve dabbled here and there...BUT, I have a lot of friends that are, and I can almost bet that these certain friend control about 80% of the porn star tgp traffic on the net. These guys have some of the biggest porn star tgp's and free sites in existance

http://www.psktraffic.com is their clan site, but keep in mind, you will probably have to email each one individually and gain some sort of business friendship with them before you could ever submit to them

Also, have you thought about grabbing Chameleon or Dream submitter?

LOL never heard of it...That's why I'm here looking for help, as I imagine a lot of other people are...

Hell, until about December, I had never heard of a TGP, nor knew what kind of use they were to me until about a month or so ago...So I'm really trying to play catch up on the curve ball. I have to rely on resource boards like this & am etc to figure out what the hell I'm actually doing and why! :S

Just don't hurt the newbie too much! ;)

Well, I give away free porn already on my site, as part of the "tour", so why not atleast give away free porn and get my name/site out there so that people know where they can get "free" porn...And then at some point there will be a sale or two that comes off it...I limit the amount of pictures that I put out there "for free", and most of them were previously used on sites like voyeurweb or privatevoyeur anyway....

We had our new tour done specifically NOT to be giving away anyting for free, and our conversions are up so nicely right now

It is true that it is MUCH harder to make money in the TGP game today than it was a few years ago. I am assuming you are selling yourself (personal site) correct? If that is the case it will give yoiu a bit of an easier time because you are fresh to the TGP market and TGP's like fresh content.

That's the way to do it, I suppose..But I don't mind giving away a few pictures here & there to entice people...Sure I'll get the freebie-ers, but it's set up the way people are used to me being - kind of laid back...

Yes. I'm just trying to get my name out there a little bit more, because with a larger amount of traffic, then maybe I can increase the number of conversions. As it is right now, I'm lucky to get about 60 UVs on my site, and I want that # to increase...I'm converting pretty well, considering those numbers, but obviously, with more traffic, more buyers will be going through :)

I have to thank our fabulous designer for that, he did a great job

i don't mind giving some stuff away for free, hell, we have tons of hosted galleries out there with free shit

but as for when the people hit our site, they get nothing for free

I could tell you where I submit and where I get sales, but it probably won't help as we're not in the same niche. There are a million factors to consider and what works for me won't work for you, and vice versa.

I'm not a fan of auto submitters, but that's just me.

There is a huge thread about this very subject on another board and I've been quite vocal so in case you've read it there, I won't repeat it, but partner accounts are important and so is establishing a relationship with the TGP owner. This can get you higher placement as well as other important factor in helping sales.

I'm not sure how much high heel or boot content you may have on your site, but if you do have some please feel free to submit galleries to my TGP's. You'll get some good targetted traffic.
