as far as on topic , I would say depends on what the financial situation is to develop the site.

if you have the time and money and patients to develop it I would say do that . If that is not a good timing thing for now, then run it for sale ask a high price and if someone wants to pay your price sell it if not hold it until you are ready to develop it .

Little to no type-in value.

Little to no search engine value.

However, it is short, memorable and easy to spell therefore would be brandable for whatever you wanted to do with it. Nothing special, but it is a workable domain.
