Dravyk, your post saying something along the lines of 'You would probably burn through other people's money without it phasing you' the other day made me think... And also made me realize how I have learned to squeeze every penny out of a dollar. So I am doing the impossible.

I am going to start up .... A Tranny Pay Site !!! with literally no money for it ATM. I have a couple thousand pics on my H.D. that are still pretty scarce on the net from when I had T.T. as a starter, my biggest cost will be a bare bone design. And I can go shitty HTML and just promote it myself to get it off the ground. Start at some insanely stupid 'generic site' price point like $14.95 per month and build my way up slowly...

I'm hoping an e-mail I dropped to a certain someone that owes my company around $8,000 comes through and opens up some of that as a budget for me - if they do I will be in much better shape but still cutting corners every where. If i had $5,000 to play with I could launch a seriously solid program, with a great stats program, and enough content to get me going as well as feeds for a while. <fingers crossed> But even if that doesn't come through I am going to give it a shot. I will be able to pick up an instant 100 members at $9.95 per month I am pretty sure, at worst 30-40 of them...

Something tells me to do this as I looked over the would be competition the last couple of weeks in that genre. I was really amazed at the lack of quality. Going back to your roots ... So many people told me over the years, I never listened until I realized recently there wasn't one tranny site I felt comfortable promoting under Rev Share, so... Wish Me Luck !!

Oh, and if any of you have recently started a paysite or have done so from scratch in the last 3 years and don't mind sharing some info about your experience(s) drop me an e-mail (I'm over logged on ICQ right now).

Don't think this is another one of my 'phases' - I think *I belong with the trannies* lmfao ...

10 year anniversary of my entrance into this business, let's hope it's the start of another successful run ;)
