fun note to my friends neighbor

he wanted something that sounded somewhat smart, so I typed it up for him. couldn't help laughing!

Dear apartment number 704,

I’d like to apologize for last weeks incident. I was working late and had a few drinks after work. I came home and realized my key didn’t fit; I kicked the door so I could get in. I realized it wasn’t my apartment and left immediately. I’d like to apologize for the loss of your personal property while the door was left unlocked.

Please contact me after 7 p.m. and we can discuss the situation. My phone number is 815--------. Once again I genuinely apologize and hope we can rectify the situation.

Respectfully yours,

Brandon ---------

:yowsa: Male or female, models are dopes! Forgot his keys, and booted in his neighbors door.

Nick, seriously...if this 2 glasses prove too tempting,
I'd rather drink Iced Tea.

Worst case...you drink the wine , I'll drink the Ice Tea :)

But it would be poor hospitality to allow others to suffer for my problem :)

No, it won't, and I fully understand...

There is a Russian expression:
In the house of the hanged man, you do not talk about ropes

Ahhh!

A drunk chav may kick the door.

An Englishman would kick the shit out of the drunk chav.

And a pikey would giggle like a bitch , film the chav having his ass kicked , and sell the film :)

Must be this nasty allergy medicine making me even loopier than normal. http://oprano.com/msgboard/images/smilies/oneeye.gif

I've got runny nose and sore throat evil-bad the past two days. Tree pollen is at "extreme levels" here. Sucks.

I'm the closest thing to a chav around these parts, but I'm not chav enough to be classed as one :(

I don't wear enough of this shit to qualify:
http://freespace.virgin.net/chav.scum/howto.html

I do wear a baseball cap now and then though :)

Newton 09-20-2005 03:27 PM

Re: fun note to my friends neighbor

Hmm i don't qualify for any of those items or points ;)

Why does this remind me of an adult show http://freespace.virgin.net/chav.scum/images/lee.jpg ?

lol, show's you're a pickey...

the real answer is a Pikey would wait for the chav to be unconcious, knock the englishman out from behind, empty both of their pockets, and run like a girl.

Thank you, Serge. As always, you are a complete gentleman.
When what's-his-name posted his "2-3 glasses" attempt at humor, my fingers began to twitch - would it be a post or a flaming ICQ message I'd send him? You handled it much better. :)

From what I've heard, in Montreal the door wouldn't be locked. http://oprano.com/msgboard/images/smilies/blink.gif

There must be a lot less crime reported in Montreal with the owners just 'giving' away their items to people who kick doors down; heaven forbid one would disturb the police with such a trivial report.

Dravyk I now have this visual image of girl scounts throughout the city knocking on doors sellling cookies, exclaiming that the occupant has a nice tv/soundsystem and can they have it, the owner then proceeding to unplug it and help them down to the car with it and saying they are most welcome ;) thanks for that :D

I can see where Canada is being invaded, and the announcers on TV tell people to take precautions and barracade their doors. Three hours later the new government is on television saying "Well it wasn't that tough of a time actually. We have a question for you though. We understand why you put chairs and tables in front of your doors ... but why didn't you lock them as well?" http://oprano.com/msgboard/images/smilies/unsure.gif
