of mice and men, the move

even if you don't like Steinbeck,
you'd enjoy the Broadway quality performance given by Malckovich and Senise.

I never seen Malckovich on Broadway,
but I saw Senise in "One's flew over the cookoo's nest" and this is the acting of the highest caliber.

The ending was a bit predictable...I was thinking of the old's man dog just before it happened.

It's one of those rare movies where they didn't take so many liberties with the book that you had difficulty relating it to the original work.

He'd make a top two list of my favorite authors ... I'm reasonably certain I've read every book and most short stories he's ever published.

Contrary to whatever Torone and Mike AI may have alleged, yes, I am an American.

The other one is the currently politically incorrect Mr. Clemens.

I did not say I think he is one of the greatest authors ever to have lived. I was merely expressing a personal preference.

So ... you don't think that I should suggest that you immediately attempt to urinate into a 40-knot headwind?
