Merchant Accounts
 

This is actually a mainstream thing, but since it doesn't look like that forum gets much activity, I'm posting it here. I'm sorry if this is out of line.

I am in the process of setting up an online store. I already have a merchant account thru card services. I was hoping to be able to use the same account for the new site. After talking to them this afternoon, I was told that was not possible since I will be selling 2 different types of products from 2 different sites. This account was originally set up to sell adult products.

I can set up another merchant account thru them, and use their LinkPoint system for the processing. Set up would be $375 for both. I really was not counting on this extra expense.

Can anyone suggest another merchant account company, and processor that is possible not quite as expsensive?

I have looked at the one listed at directnic, and there isn't a setup fee until 9-13 (yeah, tomorrow). I'm not sure if they can handle the actual processing though, can anyone enlighten me on this?
