There was a positive outcome that they directly affected?

Im seeing a lot of stuff about bricks and mortar stores to do with 'zoning' laws but nothing so far relating to the 'online adult industry' who they are apparently representing.

Anyone able to share any links to cases that they have won in the last, say 5 years that has anything to do with the adult industry please?

Im wanting to find out a little more about the FSC specifically, what my money would be used for if i were to become a members but right now, its not looking to good.

Oh and i also presume, if they get awarded 'damages' for costs in respect of this 2257 TRO that those damages will be distributed amongst the current FSC members on a pro-rata basis relative to how much my membership fee would be or, do they keep those damages for themselves?

One cannot have a TRO that effects only certain people. If the law or regulation ITSELF only effected certain people -- green webmasters with one ear and speech impediments -- THEN and only then would the TRO effect only them.

The law/reg here is general for all adult webmasters. If the FSC succeeds with the TRO it effects EVERYONE because EVERYONE is in that law. If it is eventually overturned, it is overturned for EVERYBODY. If there were damages, then EVERYONE would get the damages. That is how it works.

If *I* pay 'membership' fees to the FSC, if they get granted judgement awards, do *THEY* keep the awarded funds or do they get given back to the FSC members?

Can they and they only get awards in the first place? Or would it go to everyone in the industry?

I can't see how anyone would be awarded funds to begin with. I could see how FSC might be reimbursed legal fees as a possibility.

Yep they may be awarded their legal costs, especially as that is mentioned in the TRO they just filed ;)

So with that out of the way, what have they done for the industry in te last 5 years?

I mean, right now, i cant see anything they have been involved win that actually went 'our' way.

I'm so fucking glad I am not the only one who knew about that lol, I've spent alot of the last few weeks after I bashed the FSC on the air, That there was NO FRIGGAN WAY thier "only our members" bullshit was accurate, It was getting to the point where I thought I did a lil too much drugs in my teens to think I was right lol.

I have even seen a few "lawdogs" saying it was correct, it's just a shame that some people will do anything for a buck, and others will believe anything they read on the internet.
