If anyone wants to do something about it, Oprano is a registered trademark, and is protected legally.

Shit!!!!

Trademarks must be protected.

Newton ,

you are good at this sort of thing ,

could you please do me a favour and collect all evidence of the fact that he is infringing on our trademark.

Thanks mate :)

ThrobX 05-10-2005 03:41 PM

:: phew :: Learning that it isn't true is such a relief for me. Because, as an average consumer, I was confused by this obvious infringement of your trademark.

:awinky:

The owners of Oprano have just secured the services of Killer Kim. She is the atorney who secured the trademark a few years ago.

I am sure this is just a minsunderstanding, and the issues will be resolved quickly.
