Bleech... anyone else here get the spring crud like I do? Finally hit me full force today with stuffed up nose and a chest full of crap. Coughing, stuffy nose, and all sorts of annoying shit. It doesn't have the weakness feeling like being regular sick just a whole lot of hacking, coughing, getting rid of phlem, and blowing my nose. Go through misery for at least a couple days every spring before it goes away. It's all my allergies hitting at one time. I'd rather have this happen though than for it to happen more regularly like some allergy sufferers do.

I used to have the perfect cure for that......

I read that if you take allergy medicine every day during allergy season, your chances of getting the crud is slim to non. :)

Well, there is a remedy we Latins use...

1 shot of Tequila (Gold, the good stuff)
1/2 a lemon (Suck on that bastard)
1 Tbs. Honey :hic:

You can also mix it all in a glass and drink it. :stout:

Take it from Dr. Steady :matey:
a couple of shots of that and you'll forget you even had allergies! :) :)

I got sick on the Ensenada race, on top of the worst allergies I've had in years. It sucks.

all alergy medicines i've taken have made me feel worse. clariton made me feel like I was breathing in chemicals all day, benedryl makes me feel weird, and whatever RX one I took I couldn't drink on.

I just carry a buncha tissues and have allergy filters on my a/c's.
