Do you find that with the broadband industry booming that you use video content a lot more on your sites than you used to?

I'm too tight fisted to give video away for free :blink:

More and more people are using video from what I can tell but I still would limit myself on the number of vid sites to put up. Unless of course your Brad Shaw and have tons of money then just bang out 50/day. :agrin:

I've done MGP's and it makes TGP's look easy from the experience I've had, it works for some but just not me :)

I know what works for me and I try new things ALL the time, it's the only way.

From the people I know who run regular paysites, yes, its "all" about video.


I think that is why things like Live shows (hrm ;) ) and video on demand are the next big thing.

I don't know where I read it, but the "magic number" was supposed to be when broadband reached 30% of US households, and apparently that has occurred (maybe my numbers are wrong, though.... WTF do I know...).

The majority of the sites that we have been reviewing lately have all been video and on most of them any stills have just been screen grabs.

You've gotta have both.

The stills are used to market the site, but the video is what people pay to see these days.

luckily there are still a lot of sites that prefer pictures - and i prefer them personally too. and especially with niche content i think it will remain mostly with pics in the future. some people for example get off on small wrinkles in nylon stockings - how should that work on video?

or do you think that sites like Twistys would be the same with just screen caps of videos? I don't think so.

there's more than just hardcore fucking with girls that are mostly too ugly for a high quality still.

I have moved to mostly video, but I am getting members complaining that they are still on dialup and rely on the photo updates instead. I tell ya, ya can't keep everyone happy.
