That's how long it took my goddamn cable company to find and fix my "fault".

They replaced the cable junction box outside my house on Saturday. They said that would fix the "fault".

I said it wasn't a fault, it was fucked.

Monday they replaced the cable modem and said that would fix the fault.

I said it wasn't a fault, it was fucked.

So today they replaced the entire cabling from the pole outside to the back of the modem.

The tech told me it was all "fucked up".

Well, I had told them it wasn't a fault, it was fucked.

So I have net back, a complete new cable set up, and I have a month credit on the account.

What's the bet it "fucks up" again, and soon?

For those waiting for responses and stuff from me, give me a day or 2 to get my shit back together please.

ditto.

Out of all the major companies I've worked with, comcast is the best. One time my shit god fucked up somehow, and they sent two guys over on sunday to work on it. One to check stuff outside around the block and one to check connections in my apartment and in the basement of the apartment building, so it would go faster.

That said, I live in the city, so if things are fucked up they are usually fucked up for a decent amount of people.

Optus - generally pretty good.

Thank god it wasn't Telstra.
