well lets hear it

whats your opnion on what he should get

Mike AI 12-10-2004 04:30 PM

Fry the fucker. Maybe he can have OJ sit in his lap?

grimm 12-10-2004 07:08 PM

I voted for life. I am anti death penalty in jury trials. especially with the rate people are getting released do to DNA retesting on appeal. This one was too dragged out, with too little physical evidence. I think the a member of the jury could have been convinced not on the merits of the case, but of the horible nature of the crime.

Since we will never know exactly how the deceased died and the circumstances behind it, only that she did die at the hands of another, most likely her husband, i dont think special circumstances should come into play.

it is not a perfect system, and the death penalty makes it permanent.

LOL... I am anti-death penalty in any form... and couldnt help clicking the Fry the Fucker option this time :)

Timon 12-10-2004 10:59 PM

Eventhough he deserves death I voted life.

I am not anti death penalty but in this case there is not enough evidence to sentence him to death.

That is a point. But there are so many appeals, and it takes years for death penalties to actually be acted on. Maybe he can get OJ to search for the killers!!

Unless the killer plays golf, i dont think OJ will ever find him:)

Timon 12-10-2004 11:11 PM

Now for OJ they had plenty of evidence for a death penalty!

Top_Of_Google_Man 12-11-2004 07:36 AM

So many lawyers praying for death sentence......

Fees for all them appeals must be great!

Cold_ice 12-11-2004 09:58 AM

Its a hard choice. It would be nice to have the fucker ass raped for the rest of his life and made a bitch but Laci was cute so I say fry the cock sucker.

JoesHO 12-11-2004 10:18 AM

I do not like the apperance of wrong doing by the court, ( I think it was bogus to dismiss two non guilty voting jurrors so hastily, it seems like it should be given a retrial to me....

( I am not saying he is innocent, I do not know enough facts! I am saying I do not like how he was done by the courts! in my opinion in any case in our system the accussed MUST have rights)

Top_Of_Google_Man 12-11-2004 10:41 AM

That song "prison bitch" comes to mind lol

PornoDoggy 12-11-2004 11:54 AM

Frye the fucker.

Peaches 12-12-2004 09:07 AM

Everything I've heard and read say his cell will be nicer and he'll be protected better on death row.

I say life in prison with the guys who look down on baby killers.

sarettah 12-12-2004 09:39 AM

Amber Frye did it.....dammit.

PornoDoggy 12-13-2004 02:41 PM

Looks like the verdict will be announced in a couple of hours.

We have found a witch. May we burn her?
CROWD
Burn her! Burn! Burn her! Burn her!
BEDEVERE
How do you know she is a witch?
VILLAGER #2
She looks like one.
CROWD
Right! Yeah! Yeah!
BEDEVERE
Bring her forward.
WITCH
I'm not a witch. I'm not a witch.
BEDEVERE
Uh, but you are dressed as one.
WITCH
They dressed me up like this.
CROWD
Augh, we didn't! We didn't...
WITCH
And this isn't my nose. It's a false one.
BEDEVERE
Well?
VILLAGER #1
Well, we did do the nose.
BEDEVERE
The nose?
VILLAGER #1
And the hat, but she is a witch!
VILLAGER #2
Yeah!
CROWD
We burn her! Right! Yeaaah! Yeaah!
BEDEVERE
Did you dress her up like this?
VILLAGER #1
No!
VILLAGERS #2 and #3
No. No.

A bit.
VILLAGER #1
She has got a wart.
RANDOM
[cough]
BEDEVERE
What makes you think she is a witch?
VILLAGER #3
Well, she turned me into a newt.
BEDEVERE
A newt?
VILLAGER #3
I got better.
VILLAGER #2
Burn her anyway!
VILLAGER #1
Burn!
CROWD
Burn her! Burn! Burn her!...
BEDEVERE
Quiet! Quiet! Quiet! Quiet! There are ways of telling whether she is a witch.
VILLAGER #1
Are there?
VILLAGER #2
Ah?
VILLAGER #1
What are they?
CROWD
Tell us! Tell us!...
BEDEVERE
Tell me. What do you do with witches?
VILLAGER #2
Burn!
VILLAGER #1
Burn!
CROWD
Burn! Burn them up! Burn!...
BEDEVERE
And what do you burn apart from witches?
VILLAGER #1

More witches!
VILLAGER #3
Shh!
VILLAGER #2
Wood!
BEDEVERE
So, why do witches burn?
[pause]
VILLAGER #3
B--... 'cause they're made of... wood?
BEDEVERE
Good! Heh heh.
CROWD
Oh, yeah. Oh.
BEDEVERE
So, how do we tell whether she is made of wood?
VILLAGER #1
Build a bridge out of her.
BEDEVERE
Ah, but can you not also make bridges out of stone?
VILLAGER #1
Oh, yeah.
RANDOM
Oh, yeah. True. Uhh...
BEDEVERE
Does wood sink in water?
VILLAGER #1
No. No.
VILLAGER #2
No, it floats! It floats!
VILLAGER #1
Throw her into the pond!
CROWD
The pond! Throw her into the pond!
BEDEVERE
What also floats in water?
VILLAGER #1
Bread!
VILLAGER #2

VILLAGER #3
Churches! Churches!
VILLAGER #2
Lead! Lead!
ARTHUR
A duck!
CROWD
Oooh.
BEDEVERE
Exactly. So, logically...
VILLAGER #1
If... she... weighs... the same as a duck,... she's made of wood.
BEDEVERE
And therefore?
VILLAGER #2
A witch!
VILLAGER #1
A witch!
CROWD
A witch! A witch!...
VILLAGER #4
Here is a duck. Use this duck.
[quack quack quack]
BEDEVERE
We shall use my largest scales.
CROWD
Ohh! Ohh! Burn the witch! Burn the witch! Burn her! Burn her! Burn her! Burn her! Burn her! Burn her! Burn her! Ahh! Ahh...
BEDEVERE
Right. Remove the supports!

CROWD
A witch! A witch! A witch!
WITCH
It's a fair cop.
VILLAGER #3
Burn her!
CROWD
Burn her! Burn her! Burn her! Burn! Burn!...
BEDEVERE
Who are you who are so wise in the ways of science?
ARTHUR
I am Arthur, King of the Britons.
BEDEVERE
My liege!
ARTHUR
Good Sir Knight, will you come with me to Camelot and join us at the Round Table?
BEDEVERE
My liege! I would be honored.
ARTHUR
What is your name?
BEDEVERE
'Bedevere', my liege.
ARTHUR
Then I dub you 'Sir Bedevere, Knight of the Round Table'.

Forest 12-13-2004 04:21 PM

They voted for DEATH!

PornoDoggy 12-13-2004 04:29 PM

Seems like a reasonable verdict to me.

sarettah 12-13-2004 04:38 PM

They're gonna kill to poor sap and then 5 years down the road they're gonna find out that........

:headwall:

pushpills 12-13-2004 06:33 PM

I think getting your ass whooped and raped for 30+ years is a whole lot worse than getting an injection that ends your life. Life in prison is the ultimate punishment.

Top_Of_Google_Man 12-13-2004 06:48 PM

Whats the average death row time in that state?

How many appeals? Some lawyers rubbing their hands lol

I read something the other day where California has put 6 people to death since they reinsituted capital punishment, while 8 people sentenced to death have died of natural causes during that time. Average time is in excess of 20 years.

Cross California's system with the one in Texas and you might come up with a good one ...
