Ummm ... what did they use to blow up the mountain?
LONDON, England (CNN) -- "North Korea has said a large mushroom cloud seen over the nation in satellite images was the result of a deliberate demolition of a mountain for a power plant." |
haha. that was my first thought. ... what explosive is commonly tested underground and especially under mountains that is capable of blowing up a mountain?
|
Might be time to add a few more clouds soon.

Mountain demolition.. I don't believe that ws TNT. The fact that they have something big enough to take a mountain down is scary.
|
When I was growing up I used to string along those little caps that you would put into a toy gun and make a pretty big ka-boom. So, I am guessing they probably did something similar. It would probably only take a 10 - 20 million of those little guys.

WTF were they using in there?! :zoinks:

Apparenlty, the cloud was something like 2 miles wide. They've invited a British diplomat to come and visit the site of the blast to verify that there was no nuclear test. So it's obviously nothing nuclear, but still... blowing up a mountain, that's some crazy shit!
