I guess Bush and Cheney were up late one night, had some free time from planning another country to invade and ways to make Halliburton more money - so they decided to have some fun!

A few years back, a politician here made a stop at a local cheese factory early in a campaign. He was required by the rules to wear the white, well, showercap.

The political cartoons and images for the rest of the campaign all featured that "image".

kerry knows that this is a very easy easy image to make fun of.
