BEIJING, China (CNN) -- The United States has come to six-nation talks on North Korea's nuclear program offering a proposal to end the 20-month deadlock.
"We are prepared for serious discussion and we have a proposal to offer," U.S. Assistant of State James Kelly told delegates, "our common goal is a Korean Peninsula that is permanently free of nuclear weapons." Kim Gye Kwan, the chief North Korean delegate, espoused a similar goal, saying his country also wants to denuclearize the peninsula. " The New York Times reported on Wednesday that President George W. Bush had authorized his envoys to offer Pyongyang what could be significant but "highly conditional" incentives to give up its nuclear weapons. |
It's funny how the world works. We pay them off to stop. They take their operation underground and expand it with the money we give them. Then we get fucked in the ass in 20 years.

I honestly believe the North Korean leadership is nothing short of insane. I think if there is ever a nuclear war, North Korea will probably be the ones to start it.
