Bake until pastry rises and is golden, about 20 to 30 minutes. Remaining butter mixture can be refrigerated as long as 2 weeks and used when garlic butter is needed. |

hmmmm......................
disregard....brain fart ok...now i am confused. A "day" starts at midnight [thus, night] so the mollusk begins with a 2 foot deficit, thus, not starting the ascent from a starting point [ground zero] until day 3, thus, not passing the pinnacle until day 11 ??? ;_)) READ it and weap ;_)) Question A snail is at the bottom of a 15 meter tree. He tries to reach the top. Each day, he manages to climb 4 meters, but during night, while he sleeps, he slips back 3 meters. How many days will he need to reach the top? |
sorry, can't disregard...as I mentione dbefore:
I keep my fingers on ALL triggers ;-))) |
ok...
see my "logic" in edited post above |

"2 feet under" ;-))) don't tel me you use the same logic in purchase of FNSR...or than we are fucked BOTH! ;-)))) |
hahahahaha
no...it was never stated where the creature started on the tree, whereas, in the sample i showed you, it clearly indicated the appetizer started at the bottom... How was I supposed to know that? ....assumption is the mother........ |

it said: NO MORE ADDITONAL INFORMATION WILL BE GIVEN which means: you have SUFFICIENT information....plus: snails are NOT worms, they do NOT dig holes in the ground ;-))) |

in how many days the snail reach 10 feet mark? The first correct answer gets the prize from Oprano. NO MORE ADDITONAL INFORMATION WILL BE GIVEN You're not getting off that easy serge... :biglaugh: 1. It does not declare a starting point, nor does it even implicate that its a tree. As far as i construed it, it was a 40 ft. 4X4 post, and the dreaded escargot was placed by you at eye level in a spot 6 feet off the ground when he began his/her ascent up the pole on February 21 [11 days ago] at 12:01 a.m. [the start of a new day]. 2. You marked a spot with orange paint 10 feet higher [and named it 10 feet mark] and the mollusk began his ascent. Thus, starting at nite, the creature slid down 2 feet before even beginning the trek up the pole. :awinky: |
MikeFold, you should be THAT ANAL in your stock analysis!
;-))))) I see your logic, BTW, but... do you know me for putting trick questions????? I am a SIMPLETON!, just ask my wife, she'll tell ya! ;-))) |
that was pretty anal....wasn't it?
ok...i made my point... i am much too analytical... B) |

2 Days
|
8 days isn't possibly long enough.
Snails multiply worse than rabbits. He'd have to stop each night to get his groove on, during which the resulting motion would make him slide an additional 2 feet. The end result is that he'd stay at the bottom of the tree boffing his slimy little brains out and sending hundreds of smaller snails up the tree. (If you've ever had snails in one of your fish tanks, you know I speak the truth!) |
