A little while ago, someone posted regarding bukkake laws and what qualifies for obscene etc in usa ...

Does anyone remember the discussion or any of the info to point me in the right direction?

If you take a look at the obscenity, there isn't much hardcore porn that wouldn't be considered obscene. I can't see bukkake adhering to any community standards. Obscenity laws should be obliterated.

The only way to truly know if something is considered obscene is by the verdict of the 12 people sitting in the jury box.

This is correct.

I personally think Bukkakke is close to the line. Could go either way depending on community.
