That's odd....

I don't recall pointing any fingers at MaxCash or any other specific program. I am simply stating my opinion on the industry :o)

And, I think anyone who has been in this business for any length of time knows as well as I do that numbers across the board ARE down. I suppose you could do a comparison of this month's numbers versus last month's or this quarter's vs. last quarter's - but that really wasn't what I was referring to.

Overall, the profit margins are slimmer, companies are watching their outlay more closely, streamlining their operations, maximizing (even more so) every click as well as every potential penny earned from every member and are actively searching for products or projects that provide immediate return on investment.

What used to be disgustingly easy has now become a full time job plus. So, I stand by my *general* comment that I highly doubt these are the last changes we will be seeing larger programs make.

Times are challenging (shrug) - and everyone knows it.

Instead of firing an employee, why not just marry them?

people just come and go. things change all the time and you can't force a guy to work for you the rest of their life. there will always be time your not anymore happy with your work, and normally you will have to look for a much challenging career.
