I'll make the same suggestion I made on GFY to you:

While one of the owners does post here, he's not here 24/7, whereas the customer service people are. Why not enter a trouble ticket HERE. :)

I'm not saying you WON'T get a response here, but you might as well have all your bases covered. :awinky:

Thanks peaches but I need to talk to the owner, customer service is not doing the trick.

People still amaze me.... While I am a small owner of DirectNIC, I make it to the office once a month if I am lucky, and I have no access to change anything ( if I even knew how).

However, if you are still having problems - you can e-mail me, michael AT directnic DOT com Explain to me in detail what your problem is, along with domain, and trouble ticket and I will make sure I talk to someone to find out what is going on.
