I would give him $200 an hour for his poker lessons.

I see you like blackjack. |
I'm quite partial to a bit of blackjack now and again, the good thing is I'm banned from the only casino near where I live so my money stays where it should :agrin:
|
I would pay Serge 200/hour for life lessons and other kinds of lessons :)
I only play Hold Em but its so fucking addicting! |
I should point out that I wasn't banned by the casino but by my wife.... didn't want any of you guys thinking I was some kind of drunken yob or anything....
Ahh fuck it, who am I kidding :P |

talk to my wife, she is much better at "life lessons", ouch! my ass still hurts! ;-)))) |
This is silly. Now we're supposed to believe that Serge is such a good poker player that he's worth $200 per hour to someone whose mantra is "I'm the best poker player you'll ever meet"?
|
No need for formal lessons. Just sit in on a game with him. You will get a lesson. And you will pay. Trust me when I tell you....
|
Now blackjack is a different story. Pure math. No dealing with other humans strategy or fuck ups. Blackjack can be a good part time job if:
1. You live near a casino 2. You are completely disciplined 3. You have a great memory 4. You can stay out of the card-counting-watchers radar. |

Don't hate the player, hate the game....[/b][/quote] Keep raising it, I would never pay for poker lessons anyway :) If you are so good, the best we'll ever meet, you can beat anyone on the board... why would you be willing to pay that much to take lessons from Serge? If you can beat anyone on the board, that includes him which means you're better than him. Getting my meaning here? You're contradicting yourself. |

Fuck poker lessons
You should take Serge's course on "Running a paysite affiliate / Click Broking" ;-))))) Course costs 7 figures but is worth every penny in the long run ;-)))) Trevor, Fords....lol.......Got your liscense back yet from the "incident" ? ;-))) |

Danged show was too busy and week was too short, didn't get to show you the ropes with Pai Gow Poker. One of my personal favorite quotes of the show came from a Pai Gow Poker dealer while Richard N. Bush and myself were sitting there playing and chatting about how much we'd like to be more like Brad Shaw. The dealer caught that we were from Atlanta and said "what the hell are two white boys from Atlanta doing playing Pai Gow Poker?". I figure why should only Asians play the games with low house edges... |

It just commands respect on an entirely different level. :okthumb: |

The only thing I didn't like was all the ties. fun to play though Last edited by masterp74 at Jan 9 2004, 04:52 PM |

The pace is slow enough that it makes a great game to just sit around, relax, drink and have a conversation with whoever you're playing with. |
