the bad publicity is the kind that causes local law enforcement to be humiliated and decide that they want to focus on destroying your business and putting you in jail by combing through every site you own... every questionable remark you have made on GFY and other forums (about getting girls drunk, stoned... they did not know what was going on etc) and ending up in prison.

it's one thing to be a pornographer.

it's quite another to stand on a street corned in the bible belt screaming "FUCK YOU!!! I AM A PORNOGRAPHER" to passersby.

this guy will go to jail.
