I hope that laura has ben-gay ready! Have not worked out with weights in 10+ years and it sure felt like it. Give me 6 months and I will have abs of steel though.

Mike AI 12-29-2003 04:09 PM

haha better you then me!!!

Once I am settled down in Tampa, I am going to get with Sharky to work out.

That or I will have to get some new friends, who are fat to make me look skinnier!

GrimShawn 12-29-2003 04:10 PM

Brad with Abs of Steel! Could be interesting, will you then start wearing the way to cool muscle shirts?

you've got the hard part of the way(starting the workout process). a few weeks from now you will probably be posting how great you feel because you have been working out and how much different you look. good luck with losing weight and getting to the shape that you want. i myself need to start running again and weight lifting because i lost what little weight i put on

BradShaw 12-29-2003 08:45 PM

I was embasrrased who litlte weight I could lift. Not to mention the sad pushups and sit ups!

Peaches 12-29-2003 08:48 PM

I went to a personal trainer once. I could barely get up and down the stairs for the next 2 days. Something that hurts that bad surely can't be good for you. :P

Brad...

I have been thinking about doing the same thing after Vegas. A couple of questions for ya...

1.) Does he come to the house/office or do you have to go to a gym?

2.) Does he bring everything you need or do you have to already own it?

3.) About how much does it run?

4.) Did he ever laugh at you? (cuz he probably will laugh at me)

If he comes by the house and brings everything needed (weights and such) I would love to do it. I need someone to wake my ass up at 8am like a Drill Sergeant and motivate me....how sad is that?

T, he comes to the office. We have a gym there with basic stuff. Weights, treadmill, etc. I am paying him $150 a week, for 3 times a week. He does not laugh, I am sure there are people that are actually in worse shape than me.

I was not really look for a drill seargent type, I have a probllem with authority. I just needed some structure, and someone to lead me in the right direction. I know how to lose weight, but working out in a room all by yourself is tough! Plus I want some muscle.

Chris has lost alot of weight and is toning up, figure I needed to keep up!

The 1st? What are you waiting for punk-ass

I've seen the pics of Chris in his tank-top, I know we're all excited to see him nude again next weekend.

95 pound dumbbells you mean, you freak of nature. And that's your warm-up for the first week.

I started back at the gym on the 26th after missing the last 2 months. My goal is to hit 2 sets of 6 with 285 on incline by the summer. If I had a freak of nature like you to work out with, it would be a lot easier.
