I bet that's true about Lee being glad we know it's not her, lol!

I've seen C attack on Lee's board also. Not anywhere NEAR as bad as she does here, Setgo and GFY (and before she got banned on Netpond), but she's incapable of posting and not being hateful. The only time I've ever seen her "nice" is in her passive agressive posts.

If nothing else, that subpoena seems to have shut her up. :P

If you had a business that received a lot of media attention, and there was someone out there making false claims about your business practices, contacting the media and lying to them about you, following you around on the internet every time you are mentioned, and contacting your clients, would you just sit by idly and do nothing?

I highly doubt it. I've seen your posts, you'd sue them in a fucking heartbeat. Like I said before, we tried to just ignore her for a almost a year now, and she just stepped up her assault, forcing us into litigation.

I highly doubt it. It's not just the boards.
Confucy has written to many reporters with "her take" of things and had these statements published in newspapers and on very large websites. She's also written to the FCC - was it 11 or 14 pages? - libeling Kevin left and right.
Then you've got all of the ham radio stuff...

Whenever, WHEREver Kevin is mentioned, Confucy is right there either slandering or libeling his name; online or offline.
Not to mention harrassing his family - remember the BS about calling his uncle and his grandmother, etc etc etc?
