i dont think either party is dumb enough to make public statements til something happens. plus.. evan made his many many millions... im sure they'll settle and it'll just be a cost of doing biz in the cowboy days of the net.

tell me you dont wish you were in his shoes... time machine back to 1996.. and ask me what i'd do??? i'd become the biggest spammer in the world and mail like a mofo for a few years. woulda been an easy 50mil
