I would have....

1) withdraw USA from UN

2) withdraw USA from ALL world affairs
(it would cost less to relocate the entire Israel to USA than to defend it)

3) let the world celebrtate the "freedom" from USA domination and US "nuclear shield", deal with arabs, terrorists, Iraq, WMD, etc....

4) get closer ties with American Continent economies and Britain, who is not the part of EU and shares the same language and history

FUCK IT!

we have enough oil in North America and UK to last us and let the WORLD deal with the problems they don't see as a problem.

I dunno about you, folks, but I've had enough defending the world and got spit in the face.

Subtitles haven't hurt Larry Flynt, haven't them?

Peaches 02-16-2003 09:55 AM

If you were Bush, you'd have to take a paycut and lower you standard of living. And you wouldn't have NEAR as pretty and smart a wife as you have now :inlove: And you'd have to lose about 100 IQ points.

But your other ideas look good also! :rokk:

originalheather 02-16-2003 09:59 AM

Hehehe...Serge doing a Woodrow Wilson impression...priceless! :gbounce:

Mike AI 02-16-2003 11:25 AM

HAHA good line Heather!

Isolationism is not the solution. Strong leadership is.... Countries will always look to bind our hands. Fuck them, none of them have the power to stop us.

I would be all for boycotting, and cutting off all economic support for those who are trying to interfere.... the french, germany, and others....

How many Billions does Russia owe us? China needs us to buy their goods....

There are many ways we can exert our influence....

If I was Bush,

I'd point nuclear weapons at iraq, korea, and maybe the French too, then say:

"IF > ANYTHING < BAD HAPPENS IN THE US, WE'LL PRESS THE FUCKING BUTTONS"

hehe!! :rokk:

People in Europe are not at war - its very cheap for them to say "no" to war - BUT it will take very little to make the opinion swift in Europe - just 1 crazy terror act killing thousands in London, Berlin, Paris, Rom or Madrid - and be ready for europeans wanting to fight the unjust and evil of the world!

I blame the problems in Europe on european politicians and european media who are talking about all the innocent people of Iraq and that they should not suffer anymore... what they forget to meantion is that they do not suffer because the world do not like the people of Iraq, but because Iraq´s leaders are killers.

European media shows pictures of hungry, poor and worn out people in Iraq, and then shows how US military are planning to drop bombs on them... ofcourse europeans will feel sorry for the Iraq people when seeing such pictures, and it shows in their opinion today, but just remind europeans WHO Saddam really is (killing his own people etc.) - ask them why Europe receives so many refugees from Iraq who tells about Saddam really use terror to control the people of Iraq.

Also because of countless failed european politicians, then europe have recevied many muslims in the last 20 years, some major cities in Europe have upto 20-25% muslims today... Future statistics and demographics shows that by 2050 many cities and countries will have more muslims, then "old" europeans. The problem is that most of newly arrived mulims are unemployed, because of low education, and little will to take a low paying job, when social benefits pay just aswell (if not more).

European politicians are scare shitless, because they know the numbers, but they do not dare tell their voters the truth. And if they support a war against a arabic country like Iraq, then the major muslim groups in their countries will make unrest, which could lead to even more problems between "old" europeans and muslims.

There are more people in Europe, if given the choice, who supports the USA, than Iraq. It just some countries politicians who are using the world forum to play their national politics/interest on the CNN...

Go Serge! :wnw:

I hope if YOU were Bush you would have been smart enough to not let the situation get this bad in the first place...

As mike said.... We do need strong leaders now.... Bush has already shown he isnt the man for the job! Maybe you should help him out!

Torone 02-19-2003 06:06 AM

Opti,
We? I thought you were in Europe.

Anyhow, I stand by my idea...replace the friggin' UN with the US! :nyanya:

Almighty Colin 02-19-2003 06:31 AM

Serge - do you like Patrick Buchanon?

RawAlex 02-19-2003 07:14 AM

If you were Bush, you would spend alot of time explaining the goats...

As someone else mentioned, I think you would be smart enough not to get played by a collection of tin pot dictators. Bush is in his current mess because they yanked his crank, and he went for it. Now he is left with two shitty choices.

I would certainly prefer LL over the current Mrs Bush... the whitehouse could use a strong, intelligent leader :D

Serge, all great ideas!
If all those things were done, the US dollar would become of less value than the Peso, and the Canadian Dollar would be the new powerhouse currency of the world! :P

This is bullshit!!!

I never liked Bush but he is doing what he has to do because some rag headed fuck boys blew up two of our nicest buildings and killed 3000+ of our people AND THEY ARE PLANNING TO DO IT AGAIN!!!

PornoDoggy 02-19-2003 11:41 AM

Hmmm ... Woodrow Wilson, the president who fought long and hard FOR U.S. participation in the League of Nations, was an isolationist? The defincencies of my publc school education become more and more apparent every day ...

My grandfather went to France because political events in the Balkans spun out of control, nations all over Europe mobilized in response to them, and once the troops were in motion there was no way to stop them. We thought we could sit it out. My father went to the North Atlantic, and my uncle to exotic Pacific Islands, because we thought we could remain aloof from the problems of the world. So forgive me if I think that the idea we can return to glorious isolationism is hardly pratical - and that's before you get to global economics, which I believe would make it impossible.
