Iraq Bans Weapons of Mass Destruction

BAGHDAD, Iraq — Saddam Hussein banned all weapons of mass destruction from Iraq on Friday, meeting a longtime U.N. demand hours before chief U.N. weapons inspectors were to deliver crucial reports on Iraqi disarmament.


The presidential decree forbids the production or importation of nuclear, chemical or biological weapons, or of any materials that could be used to make them.

Man this is tough for me to say but maybe the liberals and the french were right. Saddam is not a bad guy, he just made a presidential decree that will save the world!!!

I also heard Saddam made some other decrees as well that were not as widely reported by the press. They include:

Saddam Hussein is a survivor. He plays the game well. very well. better than the UN, better than the UN Security Council and better than George Bush.

i am starting to have respect for the guys political skills. he is a murderous tyrant spitting in the face of the world - and the world is behind him. George Bush decided to go head to head with him and it seems to me (i have 3 tv's playing cable news all day long) that he is winning.

but regardless of world opinion - the better news is that people are very fickle. we could pave over Iraq and two years from now, people would not remember what Iraq was. Look what Germany did to Europe. No one hates Germans. If there was ever a case for deep rooted and long lasting hatred in the world... that was it.

People forget really quick. Bush seems to be really committed to a one term presidency, so i think he should be making a hit list. the next Liberal Democratic president will easily clean up the mess and present the US as a new and kinder America, cut back the military and relax tariffs on French wines
